Absolutely fantastic service from NHS 24 covid line during the day! My call handler listened to me, understood my predicament (The gp practice refused to put me on triage list to speak with gp despite a temp of 40 for 4 days and being immunosuppressed) and decided to take my details to triage me. 

Although I had the same symptoms as covid but a negative pcr - she realised quickly that I needed to be triaged and seen by a clinician. All details taken very thoroughly and passed on to clinician at NHS 24, who then referred me back to the gp. I can’t thank them enough - she realised how unwell I was but knew I didn’t need A&E.
