"Worst practice.. "

Recently had a very bad experience with this practice, have been trying to speak to a doctor for the past 3 days, their phones are constantly engaged, I redialled multiple times for hours, eventually went there personally, only to be told over the intercom to try ringing with multiple phones and no phone appointments were available for another month, the receptionists were sitting chatting to each other, so they weren't as busy as they like to claim. Very badly run place.
