"Claybrook Centre"

I have had an appalling experience with this ‘service.’ I was referred to them urgently over two months ago. In that time they have lost the referral, found it again, denied ever having it and done nothing about it. I was recently seen by their crisis team and I felt the doctor bullied me, saying things that were misleading and untrue in front of the friend who came to support me. I feel worse than ever having seen them.
