"Threatening low potassium levels - fabulous team"

I had a blood test by Gp and a ambulance was sent to my my house as my potassium was extremely low and life threatening.  I was taken to resus at Walsall manor and met by the most friendliest kind and compassionate team. Hannah, Jackie the nurses assisted by Adam a trainee health care assistant made my anxiety completely fade.

I felt they understood me and only after meeting them a few hours felt like I had known them forever! They made me feel at ease at and I felt as if I was not any trouble.  I wanted to stay with them in resus and not move to another ward! Hannah you are amazing!! Your smile made me smile you are fabulous at what you do!
