(as a parent/guardian),

I took my daughter for her vaccination this evening. The staff were superb! From the person who greeted us to the admin assistant, venue support and then on to the vaccinator; every single staff member was kind, friendly and put her at ease. While waiting for her I could hear her laughing with the staff - a far cry from the nervous girl who first entered the venue!

GM1977 - The Staff at the Covid Vaccination Centres do their very best to put people at ease when they attend for their vaccinations. Thank you for taking time to share the positive experince that your daughter had with us. This will be shared with the wider team, Many thanks again on behalf of the COVID Vacccination Team.
