"Excellent Pre-Diabetic support"

I was diagnosed with pre Diabetes in March 2021. My HBA1c level was 43mmol /mol . I was quite shocked at first . But looking back at my unhealthy diet I have made major changes . Only resulting from my coach Adam  whose experience and knowledge has been excellent throughout the programme. I have made great progress e.g. losing approximately 0. 5 stone and my HBA1c levels are 38mmol/mol  . Only with the help and encouragement from my coach I am trying hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the future . The coach Adam has been approachable on all aspects of Diabetes . My kind regards
