I telephoned the practice yesterday afternoon and spoke to a really pleasant, helpful receptionist. She did everything she was able to help me. I'm not keen on the present way of booking appointments so I went in person at 8am this morning to book one. That receptionist was quite pleasant and I did get the promised telephone call back from a doctor during the morning. We spoke for a few minutes and she decided I needed to be seen in person. Again, I received the promised call for an appointment soon afterwards. The appointment was for just 2 days ahead. Perhaps I've been very lucky but so far my opinion of the staff is quite different to previous reviews. I hope I never have to change my mind.
