About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team - ICATT (North & South)

(as a service user),

I think the support I had from my nurse Penny and my support worker Becki really helped me and supported me through a difficult time when my mum had to leave the family home as she took ill and went into a nursing home.

I didn't like it when they were off and other staff came to visit I don't think they told me what was happening properly.

Staff were supportive when I phoned up and needed to talk to someone.
