(as a service user),

The woman I had was so lovely, I did not feel any harm or hurt from the procedure she made me feel very comfortable. Amazing service she provided to me. She was so caring and our conversation flowed so it felt more personal. Could not sing her praises anymore higher she’s one of the best care workers I’ve experienced.
