Had a collapse in June following memory and balance issues.  The mobility aids and assessment times were good but the hospital could be improved

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent hospital admission.

I'm glad you felt you were assessed quickly and hope the aids you were provided with and advice, has supported you since returning home, but sorry to hear that you feel there are things that could be improved upon.
