(as a parent/guardian),

I came in this morning with my child. It was a long and fairly stressful day with extensive periods of waiting but we were given the most wonderful and compassionate care by the staff in PAU. Staff were pleasant, warm, welcoming and did everything they could, despite being busy, to make both me and my child as comfortable as possible. I/we felt nurtured and as a result, very confident in the care my child was getting.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us.

I hope you and your child are feeling better after your long and stressful day.

That you felt confident in your care and that the team were so welcoming is a pleasure for us to hear.

Our team work really hard to reassure families and to ensure their visit is a least stressful as possible.

If you have time I would be really interested to see if you have any solutions from your point of view as to how we can reduce the extensive periods of waiting.
