(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have had a good experience. The staff are all lovely. The doctors sorted me out very quickly and even though its busy the staff all do their best. The only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable was the fact the men were using the women's toilet-I dont think that should be allowed to happen. The toilets weren't very clean in the previous ward I was in but this current wards toilets are cleaned so frequently which is great.
