"Have had brilliant care"

I have had brilliant care since arriving at hospital. The nurses are absolutely great. They have such a lovely spirit and they give you encouragement which goes a long way.  They have been especially lovely and if you need anything at all they come. They are so sympathetic. The physios I have are also brilliant and the doctors communicated well.

The only thing I can think of that hasn't been so great is that a staff member asked to borrow my phone charger to use for another patient but never gave it back and I haven't got any idea where it is. I understand that it was to help someone else but I don't really want my phone to die. That was only a small issue and apart form that there have been no negatives in my care. I can't say one bad thing about the hospital food as I think it's great.
