Overall the service has been outstanding. Doctors and nurses have been amazing in terms of communication and I have never had any question unanswered. I feel extremely clean with cleaning being done more than 3 times a day. Covid precautions are oustanding and I am reassured by the abundance of access to sanitizer. Food and water have also been offered more than enough. Having my own room I feel like my privacy needs are being met and I'm not afraid to have my personal belongings out on show. Other patients have been very pleasant and I feel fortunate visitors are allowed in I feel listened to by all the staff and am satisfied with my care and treatment.
