"Lings Bar Hospital"

About: Lings Bar Hospital / Inpatient nursing and rehabilitation

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been in the health and care services for 3 weeks after 7 weeks in Hospital.

Lings Bar has been a professional, efficient but above all as a Patient friendly, helpful knowledgable place to converless.

It is spotlessley clean and has good, appetising food!

The only problem has been a shortage of staff, which has caused the odd problem until they have managed to get relief in.

I rate them 9/10 because of this otherwise 10/10 for all the caring staff.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us, it is lovely to hear about your positive experience it would be great to know what ward you were on so that we can share this with the staff who provided your care.

We have had some challenges with staffing, which is improving, and we are sorry if this impacted on your care. We are working to ensure that if there are any impacts on patient care that we rapidly resolve these and staff do let senior staff know. Our Senior Nurse on duty every shift is checking the staffing and is also made aware of any issues that need to be addressed, this is also reported into our risk system so that senior staff / Head of Nursing are made aware.
