2 days ive been trying to get hold of staff at the East Glade centre regarding my very ill brother, been on the phone for over an hour on both occasions but was never answered on on both occasions. you can't be that busy ?

I am sorry you have been trying to call us and not managed to get through, I would agree, this is unusual. I will discuss this with the admin manager and see if there has been a fault in the system somewhere.
