They offered me antibiotics for a chest infection, but when my brother experiencing the same symptoms as myself, he was refused antibiotics. (note fever, coloured mucus etc.) We were both offered different advice from the same nurse practitioner who spoke to us.
Also, last year when our grandfather had passed away, they send a repeat prescription to the local chemist for medication. It was disheartening to receive a call from the chemist to inform us of this. Surly the surgery would have known about a patient death as soon as possible.
