Thankyou to Tara and Sylvia and all at the virtual visiting who arrange the calls for family and patients. This is a lifeline for families especially when there is no or restricted visiting in the hospital.

Good afternoon

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the Virtual Visiting Service in Southern Health and Social Services Trust. We recognise how difficult it is for families at the minute due to Covid 19.

This new service has been established to try to support families/friends and patients during this time and your story just lets us see how the important the service is to you.

I have personally shared this story with all the members of the Virtual Visiting Team, including Tara and Sylvia. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful Virtual Visiting Team. They are just delighted with this feedback.
