(as the patient),

The staff here do an absolutely amazing job. They are so caring, friendly and accomodating. They go above and beyond for me and are just fantastic. They keep me up to date with everything and carry out great work.

The food is excellent here and the facilities are always clean and they are very accessible.

I unfortunately had a long wait in A&E for 10 hours but other than this I am extremely happy with the care i'm receiving. Thank you so much.

Lovely to hear the positives about your time spent in the Emergency department. Unfortunately, as a result of the pandemic we have been experiencing a very challenging time with long waiting times and delays getting beds on the wards.
