"Addressed every concern"

Today I was seen in EPAC as I was experiencing some pelvic pain. From start to finish I was amazed by the professionalism, compassion and care shown by the three nurses. Especially the lady who scanned me, Angela, who spent so much time with me, explaining everything and addressing every concern I had. I really felt as if she truly cared about me and how I was feeling… having experienced a previous loss and going through fertility treatment, the way she treated me was exactly what I needed at that time. I just want to say thank you, as the EPAC team went above and beyond for me, and having been through so much trauma surrounding pregnancy previously, being cared for by people like Angela makes such a huge difference.
