(as the patient),

My consultation with this Dept. proved to be extremely impressive. The care and attention was absolutely fastidious, professional and compassionate. The examination was very thorough, and the conclusions and follow-up actions explained very thoroughly at the time and in a subsequent note to my G.P. I am very grateful for the care and attention received and would heartily recommend the staff and Dept. concerned.
