Positives
As usual, the wonderful administrative staff, generating warmth and order in a kind and firm way. Truly lovely people.
Negatives
The flu clinic did not open on time. Probably last minute logistical difficulties. Long queue including a lady with disabilities who found it difficult to stand. No explanation for lateness

A good experience

Thank you for your valuable feedback - We had technical difficulties, with hindsight a member of staff should have explained this to patients queuing and the patient with difficulty standing should have been asked to come in and sit down - I will feed this back to clinic staff.
