My 6 year old Grandson was recently admitted to Buxton Ward with pneumonia and received amazing care from all concerned.

We were amazed at the amount of support as well as medical care he was given.This involved play specialists and teachers who provided both amusement and distraction which was much needed by a very poorly little boy.

The nursing care given was second to none and the ward was constantly cleaned. Food provided for the children was an excellent menu for ill children and any food left over was offered to parents for £1 meaning they did not have to leave children in order to eat.

Thank you so much Buxton Ward staff you do a fantastic job.

Thank you for giving us such positive feedback about the care on the children's ward. We are pleased that the staff were able to distract your Grandson from his illness and that the food was suitable for his needs.
