Thank you so much to Fiona and her two colleagues today for such a calming and friendly experience. 

I had a bad experience with a harsh and unfriendly nurse/doctor 15 years ago which still affects me today. The nurses today were all very understanding and made me feel at ease. Even if I seemed a mess you all honestly made it so easy. THANK YOU.
