I have an appointment for a small procedure next week at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. Today, I was asked to attend FVRH to undergo a COVID test prior to my admission next week. While I'm never a fan of visiting any hospital, Forth Valley always makes me feel very welcome. From the friendly staff at the door, to the always amazing reception staff, everyone does their best to put patients at ease.

Particularly worthy of mention was the nurse who carried out my COVID test. Edith, you were kind, patient, and made an unpleasant and uncomfortable procedure - thank you for putting me at ease. 

I won't say I'm looking forward to next week's procedure, but Edith's care today has made me less apprehensive. Thank you to everyone who cared for me today.
