"Lack of care"

About: Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust / Adult mental health Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust / Crisis resolution

(as a service user),

For the last few years I've struggled to get any kind of basic care from Arndale House.   Care Co-ordinators seem to be constantly on leave.   When I've asked for help when unwell I'm told to manage or just ignored.  The only times they have ever listened to me is following a suicide attempt and even then there was no care.

Dear Ria,

We are sorry to read that you feel you did not receive adequate support from our Care co-ordinators at Arndale House. This is not what we would wish for our patients and we want to do what we can to support you and improve your experience.

Please get in touch with our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0800 783 9972 (East Kent) or 0800 587 6757 (West Kent and Medway) as they can help you with any concerns or queries you may have about your care. Please mention that you have been directed to them as a result of your review on the Care Opinion website.
