"Great service in imaging"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

I went to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital today to receive an ultrasound guided injection in my Left wrist.

The letter wrongly said right but Dr Bashir was very understanding and was able to recognise the error in the paper work and correctly administer the injection in my Left wrist.

He was probably the friendliest and most helpful doctor I have ever met (and I've met a lot), helpfully and professionally assisted by Sxama.

I'm a very inquisitive engineer that always asks lots of questions and he was really happy to answer them very fully, I would even say he enjoyed the questions and showing how he identifies the different parts of the image.

I would recommend anyone needing an Ultrasound procedure to ask for him, I certainly will in future.
