About: Sexual Health Services - Shropshire (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

At first felt very overwhelmed as it was my first experience and was made to feel at ease after a few minutes and staff more than happy to help with any questions

Just a pre warning before appointment of what would consist would make someone feel at ease

But overall very good !

Thank you for your feedback on Care Opinion. I am sorry to hear that you were feeling overwhelmed prior to your appointment at the clinic, we understand that attending clinic for the first time can be quite daunting. I was pleased to hear the staff were able to put you at ease and were happy to answer any of your questions.

I think you make a very good point that some pre-appointment information would be very useful to people attending the clinic for the 1st time and we will discuss this in our next staff meeting and hopefully be able to discuss some options. Thanks again for taking the time to leave us some feedback, this is very important so we can improve services, we will keep you updated on any changes we implement.
