"My son’s experience in Speech Therapy"

My son has been receiving speech therapy over the last two years through the services offered in Omagh Hospital and Primary Care Complex. The therapy has been such a benefit to him and I was so impressed with the progress that he has made. The speech therapists he has been working with have been so patient, skilled and professional particularly during these challenging times caused by the pandemic. He was able to engage in face to face meetings with his therapist Jill and she made each session fun and also set a clear path to progress that was appropriate and achievable for him. With each session he improved and we came away with resources and materials that we could work on between appointments. I have found this service to be highly experienced, committed and above all child-centred and I am very grateful for all the help they have given us.
