(as a service user),

I had called about a medical issue which was possibly worsened by worry with respect to a similar issue in the past. The GP did a wonderful job of explaining what was and was not concerning, validated my worries, checked back I understood, and highlighted other areas of care which should be addressed. His reassurance and kind consultation really helped.
