(as a service user),

I can’t thank the super helpful staff on duty enough. After a tough consultant appointment which resulted in being scheduled for emergency surgery in Glasgow I was asked to go for a Covid test to ensure surgery would be undertaken. Jenna and her senior Doreen tried all they could to ensure this happened even going up to the ward to try and find the consultant to put a referral through to them! They went well over and above and provided a very through and reassuring service - a big thank you to them both.
