I’m absolutely disgusting at the way my son was treated in A and E today 29.9.2021. He was referred to urgent care by 111 for an appointment at 11.20 . Once he arrived there he went to the front of the 50 or 60 long queue for reception to say he had an appointment . Your repulsive disgusting rude woman at the desk told him that it was not an audition for a job nd he would have to go to the back of the line this was at 11.15 so there was no way he was going to make the 11.20 appointment. He was in agony and understandably angry at this horrible woman . He left the hospital nd went home and has now been phoned from his own GP who wants to see him urgently . I hope for your sake he is not having a heart attack . What has your system become ? You need to look at your front line receptionists attitude to the patients and have severe warnings given out to them
