Such a positive experience. A procedure I was dreading turned out to be fascinating! From written information to reassuring and friendly staff, it couldn't have been better.

One thing that might be added to at least one of the information leaflets is the internet link for feedback. This information was available at the Endoscopy Unit but my mind was on other things and it took a few on-line searches to decide the best link to use.
