Today I visited with my 2 year old son and seen by a member of staff who was just fantastic with my son. The staff member made him feel so at ease. They played with him, made him laugh, talked to him as well as to me and was so kind and caring towards him. It was such a positive experience for taking a toddler to the doctors and the only time we have not come out screaming. The staff member was so friendly, and I would not hesitate to take my son to him again. GPs may not always get it right, but on this occasion the service was excellent. Thank you!
