"Cannot fault this Practice"

About: Furlong Medical Centre

I booked an appointment via Email and within 20 minutes I received a response with a face to face appointment with a GP. This Practice is never given enough credit, Receptionists are lovely and so helpful. GPs and Advanced Nurse Practitioners are very thorough. The only issues I have ever had is with my Prescription and the Reception manager sorted this out for me straight away.

Our Emailing service is a great way to communicate with the Practice, we do give a 48 hour period for us to get back to you but our staff are very thorough and we try are very best to respond to patients. I am very please you received a response in such a short space of time and an appointment was offered. Thank you so much for the lovely regarding Clinicians too.
