"How to do things well ❤"

About: Coventry And Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust

(as a relative),

My 88 year old Mum contracted a very nasty infection which necessitated her admission to hospital for a few days.   On her release, her care at home was placed in the hands of the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.   To date Mum has lived independently, actively and without a moment of external care being required, so this was a big shock to her and to us too.   The care offered by the Therapists from Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust was exceptional.   Every single carer has been 100% focused on the needs of Mum, they spoke kindly, they tailored their service to suit her, they were tactile with her, they were considerate of the sadness that we felt seeing our Mum so poorly and having lost her sparkle.   We have nothing but praise for these angels, they have helped our Mum start on her road to recovery, without them we would have been lost.   Thank you to each and everyone of the carers and thank you to those people who brought them into the business, they are true ambassadors for the Trust and the service it gives.
