"Great service."

I have had to use to nhs 111 service 3 times today for the same and worsening health issue I've had. I have suspected pelvic inflammatory disease which could result in damage to all reproductive organs. Each person I have spoke to have been helpful to ease my worry, prescribe medication and put me in touch with doctors that can help me keep my organs from being destroyed by this infection. Everyone I have spoken to has been helpful, polite, involved and caring. The last person I spoke to was even nice enough to make me feel safe and validated in my worry and stress.

I will use this service again next time I need help which isn't often but usually a scary situation when it occurs.
