From the surgeon throughout all staff roles to the cleaning/catering ladies, I was treated with respect, kindness, consideration and well expressed information during my stay for a hemicolectomy at The Park. Attention to my well-being was very apparent. Despite being busy the nurses always took time to share conversations with me and ensure my comfort

My visit from the physiotherapist was brief, perhaps more information other than wriggling toes and gentle walking along the corridor, might have been useful.

However, my first hospital stay ever, as a 75 year old was a very positive experience, no need for fear or trepidation should I need to visit you again.
