"Really excellent support"

I accidentally smashed the bottle of my son's epilepsy medication and had none left coming up to the weekend, I rang the surgery to see if they could issue me any as an emergency, both the pharmacist and receptionist were so helpful, they ordered an extra bottle and when it didn't turn up as expected, they went out of their way to find an alternative supplier, which included proactively calling me in the evening with suggestions to try. They ordered some more again which thankfully arrived the next day and were so lovely and polite when I picked it up, even apologising for the delay (which absolutely wasn't their fault). I found this to be a really personal and supportive service at a time of great stress. % stars and thank you so much!
