Recent blood appointment for cancer treatment was excellent. Reception staff were polite and helpful in assisting me to book an appointment in time for treatment. The HCA who took my blood was helpful, friendly and patient as I can be difficult to get blood from. Much more convenient than having to use the LRI walk-in blood clinic.
