So i was attacked a year ago and didnt feel safe even going in to an area let alone talking about i struggle to sleep everything

Inclusion helped me process what happened and help me try and store it correctly in my mind

So sorry to know you suffered from being attacked a year ago, it is understandable you didn’t feel safe and uncomfortable going into an area, talking about what happened and even struggling with your sleep. I am glad you decided to reach out for support, that it helped you to process what happened and to store it, as you described it, correctly in your mind. For what you are describing, I assumed your treatment was EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Processing). Well done on your work during sessions! J. Isabel Saunders
