About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Outpatients Department (OPD) Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as a service user),

Due to a history of allergies I received the Astra Zeneca vaccine at the specialised allergy clinic in Craigavon hospital. I was given mobile numbers for 2 members of staff to arrange the 2nd dose. Having tried these numbers several times and left messages I have had no response in a fortnight. The outpatients reception at Ramone building had been given a contact number for unrelated covid services & were otherwise unable to help me as they don't know on which Wednesdays the clinic will be running or have the service managers name or contact details. So I am left currently unable to receive my 2nd vaccine & with no other source of information.
