"No hope for mental health support; Excellent…"

Within last few months I have been hospitalised with depressive episode. Potentially this could have been avoided should my previous GP (whom I saw at least annually for the past 8 years) acknowledged the health issue and offered help.

I was unaware I am suffering from Complex PTSD and comorbid depression.

Following hospitalisation to give myself best chance at receiving the lifesaving help I need, I have thoroughly researched practises in my area and found a doctor whose bio advertised interest in woman’s wellbeing and psychiatry and become hopeful I could receive better care here and have another chance on life. I registered with the Grove Medical Centre.

I’ve had my first contact with the very Doctor earlier today and after pouring my heart out I was told I should register elsewhere…

Hopeless.
