(as a service user),

As a 1st time mother I read about the benefits of breastfeeding and the struggles that may occur but it can be frustrating and tiring when baby doesn’t latch but the midwife was very calming, encouraging and talked me through how to breastfeed my baby girl. All staff in 2west are attentive, friendly and supporting. I was anxious but after reassurance from the midwife I feel confident and positive. The ward is very clean and all staff are friendly and helpful they really bend over backwards to help all patients and their babies.
