Once inside the building, everything is brilliantly clean, professional and quick. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Would a bench outside or somewhere to sit while waiting for a lift be too much to ask? I had to sit on the ground while waiting for a taxi

Dear elginred

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us about the excellent care you received from the staff working at the Craig MRI Scanner at Woodend. I have passed this onto the MRI Superintendent to share with the team. I think it would be a fantastic idea to have a bench outside the building, I have asked the NHS Grampian Endowment Department if they would be willing to fund a bench at the Craig MRI Scanner. I am still waiting to hear from them but I will chase them up again today.
