"Turned a scary situation into a positive one"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

I had to go to DGRI for a cataract removal, I was in the Short Stay Unit

All I will say is, the wonderful staff there, each and everyone that dealt with me turned a very difficult and scary situation for me into a positive and calm one ~~ i have nothing but praise for them, we are so lucky to have these Nurses etc etc ~ so , I would like to say to all of you , thank you ~ and because of my experience I will not be so nervous when it is time for my other one to be done
