I had an appointment with Dr Bulinska and I was delighted by the treatment I received.   Given what hospital staff have been experiencing over the last 18 months, Dr Bulinska couldn't have been kinder and a credit to Monklands Hospital. I hope that she can read this to let her know how much I appreciated her approach to patients.
