"Like they did not care"

I waited 2 weeks for a telephone appointment. On the day of my appointment (today) I was sent an email 1hour prior to my appointment to to say they had tried to call me and left me a message to say my appointment had been cancelled and to rearrange. No one had rang, no one had left a message. I had arranged a time to suit me and sorted childcare to talk about a difficult subject which now is not going ahead. 

Ironically I wanted to discuss my fears around COVID and that no one seems to care. Well thank you for confirmation that no one cares I will continue to struggle alone!

A few years ago I also was referred to the service by my GP. I was assessed by one of your team and was deemed not suitable for the service (i wasn’t bad enough, because I was having a good day)
