"Long covid"

I contracted Covid in December 2020 and subsequently Long Covid. Carla at Bromley Health Care has been nothing short of amazing. She has been supportive and helped me not only physically but mentally on this journey. Carla showed me empathy, respect and care at a time that I felt isolated and was really struggling to come to terms with and manage my new physical state. Carla suggested ways to make life a little easier and never once made me feel ashamed or embarrassed for needing the help. Without Carla I really do not know how I would have managed especially at the start.
