"SO bad on getting initial contact!"

Having spent four days - at various times - ringing the number and getting engaged, engaged, engaged or once "no calls taken between....." I eventually got through to an answering machine. Here I waited for fifteen minutes to eventually speak to, I believe, a human to be told they are not taking bookings for the flu injection, ring back Friday! Absolutely so inefficient. Not even being able to make an appointment ahead to avoid this poor system.
